Great video thank you! Given the age, pedigree and purchase price of the car in today's market - I have found the costs are reasonable to keep it on the road and running well. The issues you outlined in the video are certainly some I have encountered in my ownership and quite common. The CS grill is almost necessary in hot climates to improve engine cooling. The body styling and shape has held up incredible well and still turns heads with my only major complaint being the quality of the headlights which are quite expensive to replace and prone to dulling/fogging/yellowing at this current age. It's not "fast" by todays standards on a 0-60 time, but the engine notes and raw thrill of the NA V8 at high RPM combined with how low and planted the car is to the road remains one of the most enjoyable 20-30 year old vintage car experiences out there IMO - especially for the entry cost to purchase the vehicle now.

Oh man, when you really own a Ferrari for many many years - the specs are not the core. It's all about to get a really GOOD car in a reliable condition -

Challenge grill is a definite must if I could ever afford a Ferrari 😂

Great video..Basically you covered everything my local independent mechanic warned me about.Especially the manifolds which crack.I’m about to buy one and the repair costs are eye watering.

As mental as it sounds. It has to be red on a 360

High quality content well delivered 👍👍👍. I had 360 Modena back in 2000. It had the F1 gearbox which TBH was all new and trendy back then, but not ideal for parking as it was very binary… so bollards and gravel driveways were either a hazard or embarrassing particularly in pubs 😵💫

What about the 360 spider - any issues that may be of note?......🤔

Man I gotta save this for the next time I buy an impulse Ferrari 360. Just last week I went to get some milk and came home with a F40, where was your buying vid on that?
@philringwood54462 ай бұрын
Great video, real shame there's no advice on costs for these issues, difficult to make any decisions without an idea of costs.

Did you just make this video for the Facebook group post that I just came from? 😅 What's funny is that those must-haves that you mentioned - I am not bothered with any of them. I guess I'm a cheap date! I do like the practicality of the challenge grill but not keen on the look compared to the standard non-grill.

The list of expensive ‘service replacement’ items from as little as a few thousand miles is proof positive that it was made in Italy. There are far better products without these ownership headaches. If engineering quality, beauty and brand are important then an Aston Martin for a similar budget beats it hands down, and you can choose either a v8 or the mighty v12.
@michaelwilliams87812 ай бұрын
Agreed … But, the only problem with that (Aston Martin) is, it is not a Ferrari. It doesn’t look, sound, feel or drive like a Ferrari!
@verynormalman24 күн бұрын
Aston Martin can destroy your wealth too. With all HP cars, many people have owned them for less than a year, and either get bankrupted if they bought badly, or literally get through without a scratch. If you're long term, expect some serious service bills with all fast cars.

My 360 Ferrari had a $12,000.00 service and then exploded and incinerated whilst it was being delivered back to me. I now drive Porsches.

40,989 miles on mine, and never been in the shop in the 3 years I’ve owned it. Nothing that’s left me stranded, and nothing I haven’t been able to do in my own garage by myself.
