Absolutely. Very few are objects of beauty any more and the complex it will eventually turn them into to bricks--no one is going to have a clue as to repairing the electronics in 20 years and even if they do-who will have the circuits?

Your F355 price analysis is somewhat incomplete. Two major factors for that model are transmission type (6 speed manual versus F1), but even more important is the body style. While they seem to have dropped somewhat since the peak roughly a year ago...the rarest targa GTS can be 2-3x the spider price all other factors equal and the berlinetta hardtop maybe 1.5-2x.

Yes, as mentioned in the video, i only included the automatic spiders. Price trends for the other variants can be different by supply is too low to draw relaible conclusions.

Not a sign of the financial times. The car/collector market is a beast of its own. Values were higher when financial times were still recovering. The financial market is healthy right now, so there are other factors at work here.

I factor-in £2k maintenance per year for my 2023 RS5. Ferrari offers a transferrable 7-year free servicing on new cars - even so if you can't budget around £5k per year for general costs, you can't afford something this expensive anyway.
