It is a biological fact that while sperm can survive in the woman for around 5 days and "wait for the egg", the egg only lives for 24 hours in which it can be fertilised.

What if you also have vey low AMH he low ovarian reserves? In that case no matter how much gonaditrophines you use, it won’t help.
