We will open our hips, relax our muscles (especially around the hips), and bring blood flow to the reproductive organs to help get pregnant. So, totally I did both yoga videos one after another for one hour in a day, that too in the early morning. And I took care of diet also. I stopped eating junk. And I ate greens, sprouts, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits.

Hi. We're planning to conceive in 2024. As an Indian i practised yoga since school. I have remained flexible as well. Over the years i felt i didn't know how to convert the asanas into a perfect half hour yoga session. And i got this video as a boon. It's wonderful. I'll start with there sessions. Namaste

I would really love to see more yoga flows without downward dog. It's not a great pose for anyone with forward shoulder posture and puts 70% of the body weight on one of the most vulnerable joints.

No don't because asbit is 2 week wait so stress to be given to the body - no exercise

Wow thanks, no matter if you’re 40 or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.
