It’s not to hard definetly can be confusing with all the card types but the only ones that can be redeemed for a physical pop is the legendary,grail,mythic, and ultra. The harder more confusing one for me at the start was royalty which is collecting all cards except the legendary/mythic/ultra,grail and that will give you the royalty redemption for another physical pop
