Ah we love that! If only we could put out videos every day, but we’d be missing some of the true Camino experience. Logroño to Leon is an amazing section, many people’s favorites actually! There’s more life in the small towns than people realize. Have a great journey and as always buen camino! ❤️

Yeah it definitely was Burgos. It's funny how skewed your perception gets sometimes, especially with traveling by foot. One of our favorite big cities so far!

You have Jon Jones' tattoo on your chest, how cool is that :D after Burgos and before Leon is the best part of the journey that I enjoyed the most: hilly but mostly flat terrain with awesome towns, albergues and scenery

(Chris typing) I do! It's been my life verse ever since I could remember and only after I got it did someone else point out how almost identical it is haha! But we agree, some of our favorite days so far has been in the meseta from Burgos to Leon. We are still excited about Galicia though. Been Camino!

Aw thank you! We love creating them and sharing our Camino experience! We personally have opted for more of preparing our own meals (unless we have no option) so our budget is lower than what you'll find along the Camino Frances. We typically spend on average about 20 euros a day on all of our food (and we eat a lot). That includes breakfast: yogurt and fruit. Snacks: cookies and candy. Lunch: ingredients for sandwiches and beer. Dinner: varies, but always includes bread and wine. If you opt for the pilgrim's menu and eating at cafe's/restaurants/bars for all of your meals you are going to look at spending more than 30 euros a day on food sadly. The Frances is pretty commercialized!

I'm Chris's momma...they are wearing Altras. Chris has had several pairs and loves them.

As my mom said Grace and I are both wearing Altra Lone Peak's. They are by far our favorite hiking shoe due to the wide toe box. We haven't gotten any blisters using the Altras and we hope that continues! Thanks for tuning in, AZ!
