@@purplephoenix_11 thank you. It is quite easy to prepare and a delicious alternative to meat. 45-50 minutes in a 180/190 oven and you're good to go!

I used to make a similar nut roast stuffing for small acorn squashes. Can be made a day or two ahead and just need roasting on the day. A proper main course for vegetarians.
