Don’t worry about the health star rating, they’re a bit stupid 🤷 (Nutrigrain for example, has a 5 health star rating because of the milk you have with it.) My dad said if you want something healthy look at the sugar per 100ml, and only buy things with only 10 or under ml of sugar.

my boyfriend and I also do regular weekly grocery shopping together and we absolutely love it - for us it is a weekly highlight and we genuinely enjoy it as a sort of ritual. Whenever we hear about other couples being stressed out about going grocery shopping together: we cannot relate. Because we also just love having nice food at hand, whilst not going too rogue financially. Regarding finances, I absolutely resonate with what you say. And very interestingly I tend to spend more money, whenever I have less anyway. I think partly, because I then feel like "It doesn't matter anyway - and I wanna treat myself". Whereas when I have more money, I tend to safe more and be more cautious about it. Strange logic, I know, but after reflecting on my habits, that's what I learned. On another note: The board of the house owner looks like a dream 🤍 Keep on being consistent with what you do and more good things will come 🔅 PS: Is that really Josie Prendergast?! So nice to see her in your video
