Heck yeah! I just beat it. This duty has been on my to-do list literally from when it first came out. I have hydrophobic, which means large bodies of water freak me out. So this one was challenging on that fact alone. Then the new mechanics and skills... I was too worked up to think straight so I kept failing. Watching you video here, and honestly the calm and kindness of your voice, made this possible for me. I know that might seem really sentimental but that's because it is. I can now begin working on my Mentor roulette now that this duty is finally complete. You're the best lady, I honestly won't forget this video.

A good tip on killing all the turrets quickly, is to line up in front of all of them, and do the Ultima Buster once to kill them all in a line.

For the final phase of this fight don't waste time killing the turrets. Their attacks are easy to avoid, just hammer the boss hard (haste skill for faster attack speed and the 1 2 3 combo over and over) and he'll be dead before the KO bar is even half filled. This was done on normal difficulty.

@@fightorflightgamer4420 Yeah, it's tricky timing and positioning. Definitely possible to do but you should still have time to kill him if you take out the turrets.

The turrets self destruct usually and kill you. A good tip on killing all the turrets quickly, is to line up in front of all of them, and do the Ultima Buster once to kill them all in a line.

You can dodge the orange AOE markers with the speed ability instead of tanking them with the shield. The shield is mainly for the tankbuster and the large laser cannon if you can't get in position in time. Also, you should always keep uptime with the ranged ability (which also doesn't use MP, which is useful for when you run out), while otherwise using the melee sword ability to do more damage while keeping the DoT refreshed. It took me about 3 tries to get this right. It's definitely a step up from other solo duties thus far.

I just managed to do this after my 11th attempt just BARELY on very easy I was spamming the energy draining attacks more this time and it just barely gave me an edge to defeat the boss he had 99% charge when he died and my blood was running. Like i have no idea why you have so much easier time of it it's like you put on a 5x damage cheat code or something. I'm not saying your cheating but the damage difference between our g-warrior's is freaking huge I suspect a glitch and or a balancing pass did that.

Congrats! I'm not sure how I managed to do it, it was a while ago, but it was very aggravating. They do need to put something in place for some of these dungeons/instance fights that are crazy hard. I just want to get through the story not pull my hair out lol. Don't know how to use cheat codes. I wouldn't if I did although its tempting on fights like these!

Even with yo1ur guide i couldnt do it on very easy SKIP IT SKIP IT and hope to god i never need to do it later.They current dev's sure are obsessed with not letting us play with out classes we like.

Late response but I don't do as much damage to the boss as you. Why? And he has like 35-40% HP left by the time he uses Flood Ray.

I have a sneaking suspicion they have nerfed or caused the g-warrior to glitch out in new patches because I swear to god it takes me like 30 minutes on very easy to get him half health it's insane I am doing 100% exact as your guide is describing and getting completely CLOBBERED. I had to make a new account and even on my new one this fucker is completely impossible too bad it locks so much other optional stuff behind him.

I know some of the bosses are ridiculous, so I don't blame ya at all! I really wish they had an easy mode (that is actually easy) for us people that just want to enjoy the story. I struggle with dungeons as well. There just super fast paced
