Nice video. You probably got the answer to the question on the arrival lounge but it is possibly targeted towards business travelers who arrive late in the night or early morning and would like to head to their workplace after a quick nap/ shower without having to do an early check in. Also, a number of travelers who are not based in the Delhi area but have a long drive ahead can benefit from this.
