Really nicely done. Looked like a pretty clean run! Making me regret skipping Tifa’s healing outfit. The fire resistance in the setup is clutch.

Thanks! Yeah, the fire resist and 4ATB heal made Tifa feel really strong for this encounter. I really wanted to use her as my main dps because I dumped everything into Guide Gloves, but I haven't been able to deal with Ifrit's gauge without an actual ice weapon.

I have trouble inflicting poison on Ifrit. It just won't work on me for some reason

It’s just rng unfortunately. Higher rarity Bio materia has better odds, but it’s still just a chance. It is extremely strong when it does work, though.

Looks like this is a specific fight. Have not seen anyone beat this guy legitimately without kujas blade. I had to run double healer with full support gear since i refused to pull sephiroth kuja weapon. without tifa and aerith it does not even seem possible atm

Cus he has low physical defense.. only possible if you have time to debrave bahamut. Doesn't seem possible (or even worthwhile) without sephirtoh Kuja blade
