You probably know this by now but I didn't see anyone in your chat answer. This is the only kiss possible although each possible companion has 2 versions of the date, this one with Tifa is the only one that's explicitly romantic. All the others are varying degrees of cute or interesting, but this one is special and stands apart from all the others. Kisses just don't happen that often in FF games. Only five of them out of 20+ games once you count sequels and remakes.
