So this isn't directly related to this video, but it's implied that Shinra made the explosion at reactor 1 bigger right? If thats the case, they would have to know of avalanche's attack ahead of time. How would they know about the attack unless seventh heaven was bugged or there was a spy?

You know come to think of it I'm surprised there was no angle where Barret accused Cloud of being the spy that gave up the first mission.

@@4-8Productions well now that I think of it, Rufus was helping fund avalanche in some of the extended universe stuff. I guess it makes sense he'd have a network of plants throughout the slums to keep track of his controlled opposition of avalanche

When the first SP upgrade came after Jenova birth and it said it happened 4 times I assumed all 4 upgrades would be after every Jenova fight
