I never thought to water down wood glue to use before, that is going to save me a lot of time not having to paper mache (and have it look nicer) >_>

The only materials the Buster sword can be made of to be able to lift it: Styrofoam or carbon fibre. Looks good and I hope you have a shelf full of anime and alien figures and limited Steelbook editions too - to lean that sword against it.

This gives me a idea ( a dumb idea ) of making Dark Souls 3 Greatsword. What is basicky the same sword but longer and with blade on both sides. Great work :D Be sure to finish the cosplay

Did you end up covering the edge of the blade with eva foam? or did you paint right onto the insulation foam?

I did not cover the edge for Eva foam, I primed it first with a few coats of wood glue mixed with water and Plasti dip! Wood glue first bc plasti dip will melt insulation foam. Then I painted the silver on!
