It's the Lightning hair style that I got from an event years ago. I think you can buy it from the Mog Station.

Yeah it's a permanent collaboration in the game it's not a temporary event.

@@solar7559 You have to fight the Copied Factory bosses and the drop rates are kinda bad it took me 25 try’s to get the set
