A couple of the items you listed for white scrip collectable turn ins are actually purple scrip turn ins, such as the Rarefied Chondrite Needle and the Rarefied Chondrite Lapidary Hammer. I would suggest instead doing something like the Rarefied Integral Armillae. Super awesome info though! Edit: It would take 49 Rarefied Integral Armillae turn ins at max collectability to reach the 9600 White Scrips required for all 8 crafting books. The materials needed for all 49 are: 1176 Wind Crystals 392 Ice Crystals 784 Lightning Crystals 490 Integral Logs 490 AR-Caean Cotton Bolls Happy crafting!

look at everything for white scripts. I use an old world item where it costs me 25gil per script. at 25000 scripts iis just 625k gil. They can also be easier and faster to make even though you get less scripts. Make a macro for it using trained eye, groundwork, groundwork, and do it in between wiating for legendary nodes.

Another thing I wanna mention when it comes to preparation on the non-crafter side is to have a wondrous tails ready to turn in for next week. They sometimes have tomestones as one of the rewards for completing it. For example, this week’s has aphorism tomestones as prizes for 1-2 lines.

I spam crafted the level 80 lemonade recipe for white scrips. I already had lemons and since it's 10 levels lower than 90 it can be crafted super fast with a 3 step macro.

I use ALC for white scrips and Cul for purple scrips, if have retainers these items are easy to get regardless of being fate items to purchase and is by far the easiest and fastest ones to make for collectables

also, in what to craft, I think Reaper and Sage arms are going to sell a lot because people will want to raid with the new classes. But like, don't bet all your money make in one thing, diversifying is the key to make lots of money. and second, Colletables is good and fast way to farm scrips for gatheres and crafters every week and also ocean fishing for gatheres, if it's you cup of tea. =D

i capped out on purple and white crafter scripts and thought i was done because i looked at the price of the master recipies and thought 'nice, the next ones would be 500 scripts per master recipie' you saying its 1200 actually reminded me that it was like this with master recipie 8 in shadowbringers so now i'm stocking up on culinary knifes to turn in xD good thing i have chips and wine here so will go a very chill gathering spree later :D

You don't necessarily need 49 of lvl 89 collectables to afford all master recipes. You can do 38 and get the rest of the scrips from custom deliveries, since they reset on patch day. And if you manage to land a bonus delivery, that number goes even lower.

The chondrite collectables don't give white scrips, but purple. Do the bsm lvl 89 collectable for those. Or even better, do lvl 80 collectables. If you're geared well enough you'll get shittons of materials (because older nodes require less stats and the boon chances will drastically be increased) and the craft only literally take 5 seconds since you have trained eye. Sure they give less white scrips per item, but by the time you craft a lvl89 collectable i can craft 10 of those. Just make sure they don't use timed nodes and you're good.

From my (albeit limited) experience, you only need the best pentamelded gear if you want to craft master recipes using entirely NQ mats with a macro. Meeting the craftsmanship/control requirements is the main thing. And being a specialist can help with that if you're struggling. But as I said, I haven't been in the crafting game nearly as long as many of the people here, so take my words with a grain of salt.

I'm brand new to crafting/gathering (just got them all to about 70, gatherers at 90) and to be honest a little overwhelmed. I mostly just want to make and sell ALC and CUL stuff but you kind of focused on getting ready for making new gear being released. Any ideas on how to prepare/what foods to be making? Or, if that's a bad idea, I might try WVR for casters/healers armors.

if you're looking to make ALC and CUL stuff I'd focus on crafting a specific tincture (Tincture of Strength for example, used by all tanks and melee minus ninja). New recipes should be releasing with patch 6.05 so its a bit hard to prepare but the current Grade 5 Tincture of Strength requires both aethersand and bicolor gem mats, so it can be safe to assume the Grade 6 ones will use similar mats. I'd stock up on aethersands and cap your bicolor gems. For CUL waiting to see what the new best raid food is will be your best bet. Hard to pre-prepare for that one but just be ready to check the Balance for what raid food everyone will be using and hop on it. It's not uncommon for CUL recipes to also use mats bought with bicolor gems too so cap your gems just in case and stock hi-cordials for faster gathering.

Much prefer to use FFXIVTeamcraft and their Gathering Overlay. Also, for white crafter scripts, I actually prefer Rarefied Draught. Requires 4 Ambrosial Water (Level 90 Mining node in the 5th zone), 3 Light Gerbera (lvl 79 Lakeland Herbalist node), and 3 Berkanan Sap (Retainer or 6 Bicolor Gemstones). Given I have 4 DoW/DoM Retainers, gathering the Sap is fairly easy. I also have 2 Miner and 2 Botanist Retainers as well, so gathering the materials doesn't take that long to get.

hey fur! i´m really struggling with undercutters on my server-Malboro. Bought a lot of lemonettes to control that market and the high end cooking recipes but hey simply undercutt from 2500 to 900 in 1 day............ wasted a lot of gil flipping :c Any advice? I´m trying to recover my money :c

Flipping base gathering materials is never really a safe option since if the price ceiling gets too high people will go and mass gather it themselves - not undercutters just people looking to make a buck you have a better chance controlling a market that is a niche rather than one with a very high trade volume.

One thing you can do is find the fashion report for the week and sell any pieces that the guide recommends. Typically the week that the armor is needed for fashion report, you can sell a bunch of it for pretty good prices.

Decent video, but honestly, a huge flaw in it is that you release it literally 4-5 days before 6.05, on top of new year's keeping ppl busy. If you want people to actually find your guides useful, post them a couple of weeks before. I already knew all of what you said in this video like 2-3 weeks ago, if I would have to wait until you told me what to gather/etc, I'd have to no life the game for the next few days and skip new year lol. Also proof read your video before posting it, you had me confused with the purple scrips hammers for master recipes till you corrected yourself.
