just started FFXIV about 5 or 6 months ago btw! so i'm only on SHB PMS! but so far i'm going hard into it! such a fun game!

It really is a fun game. The best part though is how there is so much more to it than just the gameplay itself. It provides many opportunities as a creative outlet. Gposed screenshots, housing design, glamours, and general roleplaying are just some examples. As are music videos for that matter! This one here is a simple OST loop for a bit of atmosphere but my main content music videos involve storytelling and editing. Making these videos is a large part of what keeps me around. That and the friends I have here. Welcome to Final Fantasy XIV!

Shadowbringers even with the challenges of Covid was such a better expac than Endwalker it's actually insane.

It definitely had its moments. So far I have generally liked the expansions. I even enjoyed Stormblood. Those ARR “pray return to the Waking Sands” quests drove me batty though.

Same lol but the final act of the ARR patch quests into Heavensward are so freaking good with the Sultana. I loved Stormblood personally because imo it had the best trials in the game as well as my favorite era of class design especially with Stormblood era Scholar. Shadowbringers is the best imo overall due to the pure quality of all the content. Bozja is still my fav content in the game plus the Ishgard Restoration was a blast and the trials/dungeons were fun as well all wrapped up in a good but drawn out story. Endwalker is mid to me due to the lack of content and low bar of quality on the content added. The trials have been awful outside of Barb and Rubicante, pvp rework is good, island sanc is not my kind of content personally, raids were decent, dungeons were good, and finally the story even as a FF4 fanboy has been pretty bad imo with a lot of lazy writing. Shb was made during the production of stb, most of the content was done when covid came out, now ew content felt the brunt of covid

False, the patch content was during lockdowns olus Endwalker had a longer cycle due to a delay as well as the fact it released in December instead of June/July.@@TCChavez
