Listening to the TTRPG things like gaining 2 mana every turn and DoT damage, it makes me think of card game phases. They probably should have something like how beginner mats for Yugioh list out the phase order (draw phase, standby phase, main phase 1, etc.) so you remember to do each thing until it becomes habit.

I just got to the MSQ trial where you fight Mr. Final Fantasy 1. I’m excited, of course I spoiled it with guides. I feel like I’d die less as a black mage in a TTRPG. (Also cause dungeon masters don’t kill characters as often in general apparently)

the ff8 Quetzalcoatl is the third boss of Anyder. so I don't think they will use it again.

Halicarnassus a the dungeon boss of Haukke Manor (Hard) but was used again in Omega. We had different versions of the primals (Ifrit, Titan, Ramuh, etc.) used in Eden, there's no reason we can't use the same name for a zone halfway across the world, when we've only seen it used in the distant past.
