I love how they sprinkle in various older bosses through Bozja and Zadnor. One time someone was joking about Pazuzu and I went and told them we just had killed them. They uh had some PTSD after that reply.

I suspect that Mikoto's Echo doesn't work the way she says/thinks it does. Her visions only come to pass because she chooses to *make* them happen. I think her visions are actually of a possible future, not a predetermined one. Specifically, it is a possible future relating to her goals, and that she has the power to make happen. Basically, it shows her a path she can choose to take, and she always chooses to take that path. She could have easily avoided any of these futures, but chose not to. What I don't know is whether she thinks it is immutable, or knows the truth and lies to everyone.

To any of you who were coming back to check on Ethys, just know that he's doing okay. If you don't want your heart broken, I suggest you leave it at that and stop reading. About 10 months ago (at least), 2 months before this video was posted, he took a job as a community manager for, and this is your final warning, an NFT project that you can use for a variety of things I won't bother listing as you can find out yourself if you really care. I won't mention the name so he can keep his privacy. He created a second twitter account so he could start fresh and I suppose not hurt the fans that followed him all these years with such an opposing view and mentality. I suppose he saw an opportunity for money and took it, probably an amount he'd never be able to see if he didn't take the chance, and playing and talking about lore for a video game wasn't going to cover what he wanted to do in life. With the huge influx of new players to XIV as well as the flood of new streamers I suppose he saw his place in everything diminishing fast and he needed to do something about it. It's confusing, everything we saw from him before Endwalker release was excitement. The energy and emotions he showed after learning about the new Oceania Data Center were very real. It's hard to imagine him leaving and never experiencing any of these things, but here we are. Maybe he made a second character so he could enjoy it on his own, or maybe he stepped away and cut himself off from this life for good. Maybe he just stepped away for a year or two to build up this project before he came back. We won't know unless he decides to speak on it. It's sad, if he decides to come back and talk to us about XIV I'll be happy to listen, but for now I'm done checking back worrying if he's okay. Let the man live his life and just try to be happy even if you might not agree with what he's doing. He gave us a lot of memories and I wish him the best.

Well thats a shame. I'm not mad about his career choice even though I myself am not a fan of NFTs. I just kinda wish instead of poofing he would've at least put out a goodbye video or at least something on his community tab/discord that he's no longer gonna make content instead of making people worry.

I also kept saying "Just give her a parachute" during this entire stretch of the plot. Overall, I enjoyed Bozja. The journey wasn't great, but was pretty good... and then the ending just left me very disappointed.

Michael P is the creative director of a video game called The Metakey, a NFT game. Say goodbye to Ethys Asher now because I highly doubt he will come back to FFXIV as a content creator & possibly as a player. Perhaps He could have created a secret new character and played through Endwalker and will play Dawntrail, but nobody would know that it's Ethys since he ruined his reputation in the XIV community. He most likely quit playing FFXIV in order to focus on his new job making this NFT game.
