It only triggers in normal enemy actions. Special actions like clock debuffs or break bar skills don't trigger the NP.

For a Servant that relies on her counter NP, she should at least have some defense up or damage cut on her other skills to keep her alive for at least until her evasion is available again. Because as I said, she could have been killed by Kiara in one turn.

@@Asdsassin There is a cheese YuGiOh deck with the Trickstar archetype. Some of their monsters deal damage when you draw cards or receive damage. With a certain combo and some luck, using cards that do things like make you discard your hand and redraw it and such, it can literally kill you in the drawing phase of your first turn. Which is the first part of your turn, no effect or cards can be played yet, because that happens in the main phase. It legit kills you for starting your turn and there's nothing you can do. Granted, it happens once every 100 times because it's very RNG reliant but it being even a possible thing is such a meme

(recover HP lost from attack, remove debuffs inflicted by Skill, etc) That would be a cool way to simulate Fragarach's causality reversal effect. _(her NP actually travels back in time, just before the enemy's attack and kills them right before they use it)
