I think that her not "needing" a buff doesn't matter cause they literally buffed Van Gogh, and her being featured in multiple events without a buff makes me think they plan on making her feature in more events before finally giving her a buff. It wouldn't have made sense to buff her in Ordeal Call if they planned on featuring her again in Christmas. I think she will probably get her buff during next summer (regardless of whether or not Koyanskaya of Summer happens).

To be honest, I dont mind if she dont get a NP buff. for me the Np its just a utility bonus cuz the Offensive buffs strip are good utility and because her second skill she is good in a multicore team where is the secondary DPS why is buff the main DPS, usally someone with Animals Charactericts trait. i LOVE Pair her with my NP2 Barghest or Asterios agaist muti-hits bosses or both And I think i will try to use Bunyan withj her for a big 40% def down 5turn on some bosses Kiara CE (the one with give 50% NP battery and lv2 OCs) + Maxed second Append + Koyan first skill (Buster up + 30% battery) + Koyan second skill on Bunyan (bonus atk and def for animals trait + Max OC on Bunyan NP)

I went through the same issue with Hector and Nobunaga. My 2 favorite servants (specially Nobbu she's my girl fr) i went through conversations, twitter, official acc, groups, discuss and everywhere i could to try to speak loud why Hector deserves a greater defenive Buff and Nobunaga a mayor rework on her 2nd skill since all special dmg servants have more than just the special dmg on the skill, Nezha has a star bomb and star absorb, Siegfried has a Mana Burst, Sieg a NP charge, Gray has the extra 30% ATK, vritra has the simplest one with just the dmg *BUT* it's partywide and Scathach has it for 3T and the newer NP gain effect while Hector on the other side is one of the most renowed heroes of all time, recognized even by the gods as the best of the best, the biggest inspiration for Mandricardo, anscestor of 2 of Charlemagne Paladins (Ruggerio and Bradamante) with a sword so mythical Roland himself used it to cut mountains and divine frontiers, with a history of being so chivalrious that he's on the german located mural (the 9 worthiess) known as the 9 most knightly warriors to ever exist alongside Artoria, Charlemagne and Alejandro Magno. HECTOR! ON THE SAME MURAL AS THE FATHER OF EUROPE! THE KING OF KNIGHTS AND THE NEW WORLD ROMAN EMPEROR! Yet the man is the most average 3☆ ever conceived, i won't get into more details as i have talked about this more times than i can count but i know, and worse. It is proven that Hector was on par with Achilles and deserved to be a mayor character and a 4☆ servant yet if they dare to give him the Diarmuid and Medusa treatment of just dropping a 4☆ ver that is just better in every aspect so that they can forget all about the 3☆ one. I'm gonna commit something

I feel like she's just too recent still, they seem to favor older units overall, a lot of them are as popular or more than newer ones, and still have one or more barebones part of their skillset that's easy to target for an upgrade. Like even if you think her only issue is np damage I'm quite confident they arent going to do a np buff with no other stuff nowadays for a unit that they dont intend to buff heavily, so they're probably waiting for her to become more outdated/powercrept before doing one major buff to fix her (at this hypothetical point she'd really need it) without going overboard and making her peers worthless. I'd say you should keep hoping, I think it's going to happen eventually, just not right now. Also something I wanted to ask you for a while is, where can you see all the min turn runs people try as stuff comes out on JP ? Is there a site or something ?

I would rather never get a buff than a fake one. Its the worst when you have a servant you like and they just get one to make sure you lose all hope. At least some were usable when charge CEs were a thing, some like Miyu were good enough just with 30% charge so got bond during raids.

Koyan dark isn't even bad, its just the fact that other servants are just too op, lore wise too she is pit up against the literal fae able to make world shattering weapons and a latina who is probably not from this planet (questionable). Its the same analogy that I have with my space ishtar who used the "best" looper when I pulled for her but gurl is just out of the stratosphere because of the power ceiling that new servants bring.

They could've made her a DOT monster but the people balancing servants at lasengle still fear DOTs for unexplained reasons and keep making them unable to interact with the mechanics of the game (cannot break bars with DOTs, DOT amps skills being extremely limited in distribution). It's almost a decade and we still have no dedicated DOT support to push her S3 to crazy heights. Just to show how bad DOT amp distribution on skills are: Spreading fire (burn amp): Only kiyo, casliz and Koyan dark has it Toxic (poison amp): Only Koyan dark Evil curse (curse amp): Only Koyan dark Of every single NP that have amps only 3 servants have some level of support skills or large battery to get to use their amps maybe once or twice per fight. The rest either have to be the main dps or equip a starting charge CE to do anything. Koyan dark could've been a unique servant whose main damage comes from dot rather than nps or crits but fgo will have none of that.
