I like her 3rd skill for lore reasons. Heroes are always pulling random powerups out of their asses after all.

But they pull out an evolved from of their previous power up, so what would have been better is something like a damage cut, an attack boost and a small heal, then with a chance to get a high attack boost, invulnerability, and higher healing.

Also her first skill is like how Heroes survive a big attack from a villain (invincibility) before unleashing that powerup (thanks to the NP gain up).

I said this way, way, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back, but I think we need more low star (budget) Servant spotlights. I literally never would've leveled up David and Euryale or Robin Hood until you helped me realize that they're all amazing units. I think there's a lot of people who really under value how far the (good) lower star units can carry you in this game if you have bad luck (not everyone is subbed to Honako Green after all) and I think shining a lot on some of them and going more indepth would be nice. Naturally, I'm biased as hell, so I'd like to see my girl Ushi get a dedicated spotlight! (Also great vid on Liz, I'm definitely using her even if I have debatably better Sabers)

A few notes after using her in the event, now at np5: She actually goes well in arts teams as damage dealer, heck, she doesn't even go that well in buster teams because of the lack of arts cards, and there's better options at that point, AND her NP5 is her main source of damage...and her crits. -LOL @ 400k dmg- Speaking of crits, they are a very reliable way to get that to 100 in one turn. Use her with SaberLot and Waver or a star generator and they have good synergy. Nightingale is a great partner too, and Shuten is perfect, and later Memelin lol, forgot Nero Bride (another perfect partner). Her one quick card can throw some extra stars too! As for CEs I recommend Magical girl of Sapphire because its perfect, helps her NP 3 times per fight. Otherwise; A fox night's dream, His rightful place, or any passive star gen/np gain. She doesn't need the extra damage if you can spam that amazing NP, but you *could* give her one of the crit+buster dmg CEs if you think you can buff stack enough to the point that you only need one. Golden Sumo is a decent option as well, not my first choice, but it works. And uhhh that 3rd skill...well...just pop it if you got 200%+ I mean, all you get is just a bit more curse damage with overcharge. Leave it at level one, unless you're rolling on mats/QP, in which case; GIMME SOME! OOF sorry about that wall of text. Did I mention I love Elizabeth to death?

Honestly, her NP damage is on par with NP5 Bedivere, and similar to Musashi as well. When it comes to ST Sabers, she is near the top in damage

Saberlot would have more consistently high damage due to Eternal Arms Mastery and his starbomb skill. He can also spam his NP more because he has an arts focused deck, making him easier to charge NP with.

Still, my main acc has Lancer Liz, Caster Liz and Carmilla already, so I feel at least a little bit like Plushie Mistress with how I basically have a full Liz team in the making.

If we're talking about raw NP damage, if you proc Atk or Buster on her 3rd skill, only NP5 Musashi outdamages her. Without that, only a couple others have more damage than her, and all of them are NP3/4+ limited sabers lul As for the NP gain, 0.55% with 3 hits arts and 4 hits quick, with her double Arts deck, is by no means low. It's quite average. One thing I don't like about her set is her first skill: it's ranked EX yet it's a downgrade of Child of Nature A/B lol Crimson heroine is by no means bad, think about Imperial Privilege. That skill has 40% of giving you 50% NP damage, 20% of making you NP BCrit BCrit. That's a 60% chance steroid. But unlike IP, it's not capped at 44% and when it "fails" it actually gives you a benefit (the heal is the same as getting a Miss Miss on Imperial Privilege A, and Invul is...still good). From a solo perspective that's a top tier skill. Craft essences: Heaven's feel is a big no. Black Grail or nothing for NP damage. Heroine Eli-chan's Adventure is better in any way compared to HF (15% Buster + 25% NP damage = 43.75% Buster NP damage AND your Buster cards deal more damage...beats HF in everything literally, also it's free and you can level it up all the way without having to roll multiple copies)

I think give her starting np wouldn't be a bad choice but why not just focus on what she good at instead of her weakness with magical sapphire her np generation rate will still not be good enough to get her np up reliably anyway it just make her bad np gain become average at best.

Then again, yeah, a CE that strengthens her NP would be better if your team composition is geared towards boss fights and if she's your main damage dealer. Still, I think using a CE to help boos her poor NP gain might not be too bad. I'll have to try her out when I get her to have a better idea.

I dunno oni.. If you want an damage up, buster effectiveness is basically a second ATK up(assuming you pop it when you have mostly buster cards), and 50 crit stars guarantees a x2 damage boost on her cards(or her allies, i guess) so that 20% is kind of like 40%, 60% if you really wanna push it. But I'm just being overly optimistic since I think brave Liz is adorable

Bedivere is storylocked so you always have to account that you need luck to get him to a higher NP rank, that is a point in Liz's favor. Of course Bedi has more team utility, but so does Ceasar.

Caesar does the utility role better, with two 3 turns skills. Bedi is nice as a semi-support with top tier burst damage, but he has low hp and no survivability skill aside from a 1 turn def up, only better than invul against bosses like LArtoria. Liz is cute and strong. You don't need anything else to make her your favourite xD

It was a pain that he was locked, but I, for one, took advantage of that recent Singularities Banner specifically to NP5 him. Yeah, I have more than enough Sabers, even single target (Okita and Bride come to mind), but you never know when you need that budget option, due to Cost restrictions.

I really like Brave Liz not because she is good or lewd but but because she has one of the coolest designs in the game in my opinion since she has essentially 2 noble phantasms with her 3rd skill if the heal and the Mana Burst were removed it would be a really cool defensive NP attached to a skill.

I think if her 3rd skill wasn't random it may be borderline broken even with the np demerit. Like having an on demand party wide invincibility...*cough* Merlin *cough* is broken. The buster/atk buffs are nice, the heal is nice, the crit stars are okay but with the np demerit it really is worth it if you have already good buffers. I'm okay with her 3rd skill being the way it is, if you run her with Waver & Tamamo both of them can increase her np to over 200% so using it isn't that big a deal.

To me her 3rd skill is her Real NP, I'll make a Good Stall team with her as a Core Member. You just have to account for all the situation that her 3rd skill could bring and work from there. Her 3rd skill can be a Jeanne NP without Heal Medea lily with Debuff Clear with weaker Heal The Highest-ish Party Atk Buff Mozart's 3rd Skill, that made him a Crit Support Servant and a straight Mana Burst A which gives her 90% Burst buff with Waver's MAX bond that 105% this is gonna be fun.

I think that she would be more useful if her third skill would still be random but that it would trigger at least 3 of all the skill that it can give since you are sacrificing the possibility of using her np that turn or still leave it at 1 skill trigger but reduce the cost form 100% to 10% or just give her a np battery skill, but since i have Rama i most likely wont be using her much out side from the event.

Saber Liz is cool, her NP hits so hard it should be illegal. .... which means whenever you get that 100% NP, it is better to use it instead of her last skill, meaning that she has only 2 skills most of the time. Hmm, I haven't played much until now and I don't use the gacha so she's now my only saber worth a crap, and exactly what I needed, loads of damage and no farming for ascension. The third skill is worthless but the invincibility skill allows for the NP to fill usually ending whatever fight I'm in. I noticed that late game bosses require much more reliable NP gain and reliable dps while getting it though. So I'll see how far it gets me.

"No real nitch" just gonna point this out, liz, liz brave and liz caster are a wonderful nitch and with liz getting her interlude for additional attack, paired with pumpkin's innocent monster and all that burn damage going around, a liz team is quite powerful. Her third skill becomes more reliable as well in that, regardless of whatever buff you get, it will work great with the other two

After doing so well with Kintoki Rider and Kuro they fumbled when they got to Brave Elizabeth. Not saying she's bad of course but that 3rd skill is kind of depressing, so random and high cost it almost feels like she doesn't have a 3rd skill. Imagine how much better Brave Liz would have been if they had only done it just a tiny bit differently, the primary 2 ways they could have done it better that I can think of: 1: They could have made the team invulnerability effect a guaranteed effect and left the other 4 effects as random chance (out of all the effects I consider the team invulnerability the one effect most worth giving up 100% NP charge for) This would have made her a lot better while still being not quite as good as Jeanne (can spam the Invulnerability on her NP without needing to wait for a skill cooldown) or Merlin (doesn't need to give up a full NP gauge worth of charge to use his invulnerability skill) 2: Instead of a random chance of applying just one of those five effects imagine if all those effects had a chance of being applied when the skill is used (think like Hans' NP or the Imperial Privilege skill.) so there is a chance you would get multiple effects or a very small chance you could get all 5 effects, THAT would have been more worth giving up 100% NP charge. Now granted if they had done the skill this way she might have become broken when paired with Ozymandias so the first idea would probably have been the more balanced option to go with.

As a f2p player I am very much looking forward to her. I still need a ST saber for lancer bosses. While I would prefer to use Bedivere, since he is storylocked, and since I can't afford to spend my SQ on the story banner, he will remain on NP1 forever. I guess I will just have to use her as though she only had 2 skills.

Hmm.... Well, she's excellent for the event and is kinda fun (it's Liz, after all), so of course I'm gonna raise her up, but I did kinda take advantage of that recent banner to get my Bedivere up to NP5, so if I need a budget ST Saber for whatever reason (usually, I'd go with Okita or Bride), she's probably gonna get the shaft.

oh yeah here comes my full liz team got lancer in the first free roll i love the caster and its awesome attack one at that i was so happy to know of the rerun of this halloween and now im goingto have all three of them at the front always!!! lancer = support, caster= damager and saber = tank liz for everyone!!! oh and also im pretty sure someone going to solo tristan with her to prove G&A review that she can kick ass XD

I wish the third skill would just activate all the effects since it takes 1 NP Gauge or at least have Buster Card Effectiveness and gaining critical stars automatically a part of the skill and leave the other 3 buffs as the random ones.

I honestly really wanted to like Brave Liz, her attack animations are fun, she has a solid single target NP that's easy to NP5 and ignores defense, and her base stats and first 2 skills aren't bad, albeit not exceptional either. That 3rd skill is where she falls apart though, in particular the 100% NP loss demerit. A skill that grants a random effect in and of itself is a bit gimmicky, but each of the effects on that skill are powerful enough that any one of them would usually be welcome. However, the skill completely falls apart by requiring you to consume a full 100% NP to activate it. While each of the skill's potential effects are decent, almost none of them are worth it compared to using that 100% NP to just use Liz's powerful ST NP instead. To add insult to injury, with the exception of her AOE 1 turn 50% attack buff all of her 3rd skill's other potential effects can be achieved consistently with other units' skills without any demerits or trade-offs. If DW ever found it in their hearts to take away the 100% NP demerit from Brave Liz's 3rd skill she could be a fun, albeit gimmicky servant to use, but unless that ever happens I could never recommend Brave Liz to anyone unless you just don't have any other option.

To be fair, I don't see her 3rd skill depleting 100% of her NP gauge as a demerit but more like an alternative use other than her NP. You can either use her NP, or should it not be as useful (or if her NP happens to get sealed), then you can simply use her 3rd skill as an alternative to her NP. It is stupid how its random. They should let you choose which effect.

This probably goes without saying, but compared to the other saber servants that were mentioned, she outranks them in availability as everyone mentioned except Bedivere are gold servants (still relatively harder to pull) and Bedi himself is story-locked. I just wanted to put this out there in case there's someone who's discouraged by the comparison bc I don't think I heard this mentioned in the video. If you need a good saber and haven't rolled a good one yet, go get yourself a free Saber Eli. I'd take her over Gilles or chubby boi any day.

Caesar fills out a different role than Liz as a Support Saber. You could probably run him and her side by side and help her NP hit harder

That third skill should have only the Invencible for team(1 turn), and maybe a increase critical and atk for everyone(3 turn). Maybe at the cost of 20% of np gauge.

Honestly, I'd say that her biggest problem isn't anything mentioned in this video--it's the fact that virtually all of her buffs except for one of the ones on the third skill only last one turn. I would've gladly taken a toned-down NP gain buff on her first skill if it lasted 3 turns instead of 1 so that you didn't necessarily have to hope that your invincibility turn and your NP gain turn just so happened to align. Even just taking more of the buffs on her third skill and making them 2 or 3-turn as well would've helped make it at least somewhat better, since it's already hard enough to get the buff you want off of it. All this being said, I'm still going to bust my balls to obtain her at maximum, because she is another Elizabeth form and I love me some Elizabeth.

Yes while her abilities do last only 1 turn they generally have much lower cool downs with Tamamo she can have them ready at reliable times.

Her invincibility seems to be made specifically for tanking enemy NPs, as the charge gain from getting hit by those nukes while she shrugs it off is potentially massive. There's also the fact that the cooldown is pretty quick, so one can use that skill from one of the mystic codes that reduces cooldown to survive 2 enemy NP turns, which is kind of nuts.

Good analysis, at the end of the day, she's pretty inconsistent and brings not much to the table that other sabers can't with more reliability, but she'll get the job done with decent tankiness and damage output if done right, plus if you like her, hey free servants are always great.

Pretty much one of the free servants I have been anticipating this year. As someone who has terrible luck with sabers, I can finally have a single target saber that can be NP5 without cursing the gacha cause "He is story locked player, screw you". Also, another year, another Liz. Whats not to like?

Since I have no faith in my ability to pull Musashi, I'll definitely be leveling Liz's Skills as high as I possibly can, well, first two anyway, I mean I got Bride but, I'd rather use a ST who's sole focus is completely destroying or at least dealing a lot of damage to Lancer's, I got NP3 Mordred to obut......AoE, that's usually not what you bring along to boss killing unless that AoE Servant is busted somehow, lol. But with this Liz, I'll be 3 down, 2 to go.....
