Lots of thinking but in a good way.
A shorter video as there are some much longer ones in there way!
Talking about burnt out and how it feels for me.
As always, any questions just pop them in the comments !
Thankyou to everyone who has simply been kind the last few weeks. It’s been very big. More in that soon.

I’m a doctor that sometimes does medical stabilization for ED and I just want you to know how much I’ve learned from watching your videos. I am more compassionate and thoughtful because I’ve watched your journey. You certainly don’t owe me or anyone else access to your life if it ever becomes too much, but please do also know that your contribution has been an invaluable resource to me and my patients by extension. ❤️

I can't express how much this means to me. I screenshotted it and sent it to my parents. I am so thankful that I can be of help in anyway... it helps me knowing I can help others. Thankyou, from a patients perspective, for taking the time to try and further understand what I can appreciate is a very difficult an confusing illness. It makes a difference xxx

I can tell you are getting so much stronger. Your eyes are bright and you look very proud of yourself. Keep going girl! You're facing so many moments that are scary and you are being so brave. ❤️ It's a privilege to see your journey. It's helping me in my own journey even though our situations are different.

Wonderful, you took very good care of yourself during your 3 day time on your own! I’ve been waiting for your newest update. Challenging at times, it seems, but you knew how to handle it. You seem to be brighter, happier. An amazing and difficult journey, you have fought the good fight! “See the bird with the leaf in her mouth. After the Flood all the colors came out - it’s a beautiful day!” (U2 Beautiful Day.)

I think what you explained about burn out is quite true for most people…. And esp those of us with anorexia- I would say 99% of us always want to portray to others that we are ok and everything is under control and many of us deny that our EDs are an issue as well!!

It can be such a difficult thing to manage. Recovery is about food and all, but its also about the way you manage life, stress and balance. I'm hoping that is something I am learning now! xxx

I’ve never looked at my issues as burnout, but you described what I go through sometimes as well. Always chalked it up to depression 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll bring it up to my therapist as a possibility. Thanks for making that video.

It can be so difficult to manage. But recovery is about changing how we act and react to situations. Yes its about food to an extent, but also how we treat ourselves and approach things. I'm trying to learn to... not burn out! We will get there, one step at a time. xxx

i love your videos, I watch them when ever I'm down, I used to watch them to trigger myself to do better, but watching your videos helped me realise that you can't do the wrong thing right, as want your doing is right, you pulllled my out of a relapse that was worse then my first bout of anorexia itself, I was a week or 2 away from hospitalliastion, and you saved me from that, you helped me save my life so thank you 🎈❤️🌈

@@Finding_Fi yes we can!! 🦋 tysm for replying, this is going to power me through the next week or 3 of meals and snacks, and at the most perfect time imaginable!! I hope this finds you well, and I hope you've had a marvelous day in the sunshine, remember to stay cool though, because (I don't know 100% about you, but this applies for me for all the same reasons) even though you can feel cold, your body can't regulate temperature, so it won't be able to tell if you need cooling down because you can't feel it, make sure you have lots of cold drinks or even freeze your yogurt because we're so much more susceptible to heat stroke than anyone else there's information on the NHS website as well!! xx
