Made some simple modifications to the front of my Fiat 128.

Very rare front grill... i think here in Egypt they kept producing 128 till late 90s or even start of 2000s... keep on going !

If the engine is consuming oil or blowing blue smoke , then there are 3 usual ways that can happen. 1. Valve stem oil seals. A way that you can know this is if it blows a lot of smoke at first start up , especially when left overnight , but then if you start it up again after a very short time there is much less smoke. 2. Worn compression piston rings. You can check this by seeing if there is a lot of oil residue in the air filter housing , or air puffing out of the crankcase breather tube that connects to the air filter when the engine is running. 3. Worn oil control piston rings. This will be known by just a continual usage of oil , the more miles you do , the comparably more oil you consume. A compression test is a good idea. If the cranking pressures are outside of the acceptable range you can lay a bet on it that the rings are bad and that is the cause of the oil consumption.

Very cool fiat 128 i have same car as well prevous owner did a 1300 yugo fi an 5speed conversion i took a bit to sort it out

I have 75 x19 ecelent compression but burned oil and smoked fixed the problem with wn engine flush lubro moly engine flus the oil was clean after 10min with it it came out black. We the did several radiator flushed with brought the temp to below the middle mark as oposed to it being higher than the middle mark. Tons of rust came out of the flush. Flush with preston or acid flush and water preferably distilled and do it until it comes out clean....you will thank me
