The things we don't know about these cars; like I just found on another youtube site that explained how I an lock my doors on my 2013 Abarth by PUSHING the door release lever IN. Who knew? Now I need to find if I too can "put my hand down the crack and lift up on the other end". LOL!

Depends on the model. I had the 500 Sport and it didn't have this. (It had different seats to this one. Do you know about the other one within the parcel shelf?

Nope, not all models have that seat. I have the 2013 fiat 500 Pop/sport USA edition and no under seat compartment for either seat. My skepticism stopped me from getting excited but that seat option is pretty sweet.
