- Salut prieteni , in acest video va voi arata doua modalitati de a inlocuii uleiul din cutia de viteze la modelele de autoutilitare FIAT DUCATO , PEUGEOT BOXER si CITROEN JUMPER , in cazul meu este motor IVECO 2.3 Multijet dar e valabil si pentru cutiile de viteze montate pe motoarele 2.2 TDCI sau 3.0D, cantitatea de ulei pentru cutiile de viteze cu 5 si cu 6 trepte , tipul de ulei respectiv 75w85 si cat de simplu este , tot ce ai nevoie este un patrat de 8mm si 3 bidoane de ulei Hidraulic GL4 sau GL4-GL5.

Top tip from someone who knows.. ALWAYS undo the fill plug first, two reasons: it'll help the gearbox drain and you want to know you can fill it again before you empty it. Fill plug could be seized solid/rounded/inaccessible. You know it makes sense 🙂

I may be wrong but the fill cap you lost is a vent for the gearbox. Allows air the enter / exit the gearbox.. Using the wine 'cork' seals the box and then you may get pressure build up and blow a seal? Just a thought....

Salut! Am un jumper 3.0 2010 si nu mai intra deloc in marsarier indiferent cum incerc sa o bag. Nu am ajuns inca la mecanic si ma tot gandesc daca e din timonerie sau cutie... Ce parere ai?

Daca excluzi placa presiune sau in general probleme de ambreiaj ramane timoneria dar sa sti ca am patit asa la alte masini mai ales in perioada rece cu problema similara chiar si pt. Treapta 2 de vina fiind ulei gros sau prea putin dupa ce a cura pe la simeringul planetara , ai incercat sa ti tras levierul schimbator spre marsalier si in acelasi timp sa ridici usor ambreiajul , ar trebuii sa “muste” viteza si sa intre … , sau pune pe cineva la comenzi si misca tu cu mana sincroabele de pe cutie unde se mufeaza cu timoneria si asa poti inlatura cauza timonerie defecta daca e de acolo

Salut, Am un fiat ducato 2013 van cu 400.000 km și de la o vreme întra greu în viteză, eu am cumpărat duba la 330.000 km și nu știu dacă a fost făcut vreodată schimbul de ulei la cutia de viteze. Am auzit niște zvonuri că dacă schimbi uleiul la un vehicul cu mulți km mai rău îi faci. Nu știu dacă să îl schimb poate o să se îmbunătățească puțin sau să îl las așa. Am văzut ca uleiul pe care l-ai schimbat tu arăta destul de rău. Tu ce părere ai? Mulțumesc

Aceasi problema si frica am avuto la un tranzit din 2005 adus din Anglia … , iti dai seama ce masina 😂 , intra greu iar cand a venit iarna nu mai intra deloc … , am schimbat ulei si era ca noua , am tinuto aproape 5 ani si nu a mai avut probleme

@@AutoMotohowto46 Salut, Te mai deranjez cu o întrebare. Am schimbat uleiul la cutia de viteze cred ca nu a fost schimbat niciodată pentru a arta ca ulei de motor neschimbat de 30.000 km😅. Din cutie a ieșit 2 litri și eu am pus 2.9l. Știi cumva dacă dacă cutia de viteze arde cumva ulei mă gândesc să nu fii pus prea mult. Mulțumesc

@questionthings0 daca e mai mult e mai bine …. , functioneaza bine cutia acum ? Cutia nu arde ulei … , dar daca e putin si greutate mare se mai incalzesc si pinioanele alea ca asta e natura lor ✌️ La alfa 159 e nevoie de vreo 400 ml. In plus fata de ce da cartea deoarece rulmentul de la marsalier nu e gresat si creapa des cutiile din cauza asta.
