Love your little video on my deflector. Excellent. You did well fitting it without a drill. Having a drill makes the whole job much easier. Glad you like it. @@paullawrence8394 hello 👋 yes when you have a comfortmatic gear box this device stops this water I think next a good idea would be some tray that fits top part of the bulkhead under the scuttle tray because even the x290 facelift leaks on the windshield cowl They now supply some drains that fit in the actual bonnet hinge with pipes on but it’s the main section it the middle that’s the issue I took my scuttle tray completely off to look how some design would work And there is definitely room 👍 but would need a little fall like a gutter but the fall would come from the middle highest point then falling to the left to a drain then again from the middle falling to the right fall and a pipe Would definitely work and I think it would be a good seller Especially working with this one for the airbox

It seems it’s a never ending fight to stop leaks on these vans. I’m testing another one on my brothers van that’s the same as yours. I’m also testing some deflector’s that will help stop the leaks around the wiper spindles.

@@paullawrence8394 yes the wipers is a bad one I stopped this area by buying from china some wiper hole silicon seals they work great But it finds other ways I agree I had the pre facelift so fitted a facelift but still leaks it’s ridiculous After rain I always check and remove headlights and even under those is a pool of water Then it comes in on each corner of the windscreen to the top of wings that seal on the wing Or the bonnet vent that’s a bad area My ecu and harness was soaked Sunday
