Fiat Panda rescue, part 2. Find the fault

I have a leak from under the fuel pump I lifted the cover off under the seat looks OK.. Look under the car with the covers off and pissing out directly underneath... Will I have to take fuel tank off?

My pump is in readily tight, any idea why it is? I’m having so much trouble getting it off
