When you talk about Sporty, it's about Adrenaline. A 'Car' means different to different people. A commuter for some, a people carrier to some, pure thrill to some. The name "PowerDrift" means something, doesn't it?So PD looks at cars as thrill bestowing machines. Now, for the winner in this comparo, ... It's the Abarth Punto. For this machine dares you to think beyond. I bet Rohan would agree with me if I said that Steering breathes life. That motor gives you power that we middle class can only dream about. Well , what's in a well mannered horse that never jumps? One that is difficult to tame has all the thrills to offer. All 4 discs to give you more assurance, that I think is more important.I still remember the look on Rohan's face when he experienced torque steer on the Abarth. Sure, he has seen better cars with great Dynamics and supreme comfort. But So much Thrill has never been made so affordable as the Abarth. As for Figo, a superb car! Alas! Not in the league of the Abarth. Ford needs encouragement for the effort they put in. So, buy the Ford Figo S while you can. As for the Abarth, I was told production restarted this June-July. Have to confirm.

+PowerDrift Steering is for holding on! :D I took a td of Abarth, torque steer is massive. But after 2 torquey launches, i managed to launch the car with a little bit of wheel spin and boy it flies! I could manage to hit 100kph in 9.2 seconds(Phone video calculation :p). It drives like my diesel punto, just that the powerband is massive (2500-6500rpm) whereas the diesel punto tapers off at around 4000rpm. Bhp and top speed aside, it's the widespread torque that impressed me more, effortless to drive and cruise around! Awesome! It's a complete package, you have good interior room, pretty damn good Interior design and quality, great sounding music system, racy seats and abarth Instrument cluster, what else can you ask for! And for kitna deti hai community, turbo petrol will give more kmpl as the torque generated is high and at very low rpm, so you dont need to rev the guts out of your engine to build up speed and to overtake, that positively reflects in the fuel consumption, existing T jet owners have reported around 18-20kmpl when cruising on highway, that should be enough to justify how impressive this package is. And then the looks, there is nothing you can find like this car on indian roads! Sticker job is loud, but then all you need is some alcohol to remove those stickers, they are just stickers, not paint. :D

The international Standard Abarth punto comes with 1.4 ltr 155 BHP and the Esseesse Abarth punto comes with a more powerful 1.4 ltr 180 BHP engine. It would have been better if Fiat India tuned up the engine to produce 155 BHP and does 0 to 100 kph in less than 8 seconds. It will be a REAL BOON if it would come 6 speed automatic gearbox and as well as with a touch screen infotainment and navigation system.. But the price of this model MIGHT BE AROUND 12-13 lakh ex-showroom And #PD guys...you know what.....i have been eagerly waiting for your video review about this Sports hatch each and every single day... Please come up with a review as soon as possible.....can't wait

Great with the torque steer :) could have been better if it was a rear wheel drive. How much power you add, the same wheels with acceleration and steering on same wheel gives a lot understeer. I love the strips on the roof.
