1. The post is cleaned with a cotton soaked in alcohol. 2. Silane (e.g. Silane Bond Enhancer, PULPDENT) is applied, followed by gentle air jets for volatilization of solvent. 3. The post is coated with the adhesive (Single Bond Universal Adhesive, 3M), and the solvent is volatilized with gentle air jets. 4. Light curing for 40 seconds after excess adhesive removal using air jets. 5. Now, the post is prepared and ready for cementation. Store it until the tooth surface is prepared. 6. Rubber dam isolation. 7. Root canal preparation using the suitable drills. 8. Clean the canal. 9. The acid is applied at the depth of the canal. The conditioning is extended over the entire surface. 10. Rinse copiously, and ensure that the root canal is completely absent of acid remnants. 11. Excess moisture is removed with gentle air jets and absorbent paper points. 12. The adhesive is applied on the tooth surface using a microbrush. 13. Use a microbrush of a smaller size to reach the canal depth. 14. Solvent is volatilized with gentle air jets. 15. Excess adhesive is removed with absorbent paper points and a dry microbrush, then solvent is volatilized with gentle air jets. 16. Light curing for 40 seconds. 17. Dual-cured resin cement (e.g. MultiCore® Flow, Ivoclar Vivadent) is manipulated, and applied on canal surface by means of a syringe. 18. The canal is properly filled with the cement. Start at canal depth to avoid bubbles. 19. The post is inserted into position and subjected to digital pressure until it reaches its predetermined height. Do this very quickly to avoid polymerization of the cement as it can prevent post insertion to the full length. 20. Remove excess unpolymerized cement, then light cure. 21. Construct the core build-up by the technique you prefer. 22. Cut the excess of the post, and finish the restoration.

Most likely a Peeso Reamer for shaping of canal for the fibre post, size probably #00 or #0
