Good idea for a shower favor too. Maybe put a tiny scroll with due date. Magnet on the back for fridge. Instead of jingle bell, little plastic bottle, from a notions or party store! What a cute reminder.

I can see these in Red and White colored Yarns in the shape of a Candycane*. *With a red fuzzy bend Pipecleaner in the Center to keep the Cane-shape intact.
