How to Build a Twin Tip Kiteboard - Part 4 Assembling the Board

In this installment of our How to Build a Twin Tip Kiteboard series we'll assemble all the parts that we've built in the last 3 episodes and clamp them together using vacuum.
In this installment we use:
WL 7400 Vacuum Bag Film
Y-204 Sealant Tape
RB 125 Release Film
Airweave Breather
West 105/207 Epoxy (although just about any epoxy would do for this)
Cabosil (to thicken the epoxy)
401C vacuum cup with quick disconnects

Now I think boards are not that expensive after all. Mass production is probably more automated but still...

Mass production does streamline a lot of the process but it is still requires a skilled workforce, expensive machinery, and expensive materials. Tom Court (Duotone) has a video of his model being made at the Capita factory that is worth checking out. It is a very nice facility.
