That sounds like a You Problem... Today Barb and I tried out cursed Halo. Between D20 Frags and guns that shoot anything from pee to unloaded textures, there are a lot of things that could definitely go wrong... But at least in these first few missions we didn't find the main reason we could actually get demonetised...

I think they might have the glitch where it fires automatically at about 2/3s charge. Ray Narvaez (formerly of Achievement Hunter) had that glitch in his playthrough.
