I find it difficult to express just how drawn I am to the Countryside there, the birds, the traditions, the dogs, the guns, I would so much love to do a driven shoot at a place like Ripley Castle. Yet, it is a sad thing to realize how the Marxists want to control the guns, the shooting, the distribution of wild game. Bollocks!! The crazies are here in the States, too, but mostly on the East and West Coasts. Where I am in the Southern U.S. and where I've lived and hunted and field trialed in the Midwestern states, we take a dim view of such nonsense and it doesn't happen where I am, there are laws against harassing hunters. You all do a lovely job! Thanks!

Personally I think you'll start to see an increase in game meat being dumped or left where it's shot. If people that shoot or pest control alot can't find an outlet to get rid of the quarry what else they gonna do with it ? More crazy European red tape keeping someone in a job 🙄

Regarding the food safety wording review. Where are all the sick and food poisoned people that would evidence the need to restrict the sale of game? They do not exist!! so when risk assessing the current procedure, why, other than financial gain for a few, is it being reviewed? If a risk assessment is carried out, it may turn out that a relaxation would be in order because of the non existence of food hygiene issues. All shooters who find they have more game that they need will try to use it ethically. Game handling establishments are sometimes un reliable in paying for game or just not capable of taking it. Im not suggesting a game "business" should be able to sell to a friend but individuals who are approved hunters should be able to give/sell a brace or a haunch to a friend. If this changes preventing the casual game supply it will only end up wasting valuable game.

@12:20, if that one of the springers on the left image is the game keepers photo of one of his dogs, and the photo on the right is from the police, I can assure the gamekeeper that it's not his dog. The flash on the right hand side dog is way thinner....surely everyone can see that?!
@timrobinson29843 жыл бұрын
the bright future for wild life,that game keepers bring dose that include raptors,,or are they not included
@colinjohnston54653 жыл бұрын
Yes it does include raptors, especially hen harriers which flourish on moors managed for driven grouse shooting. From memory, 21 moors fledged harrier chick's this year. Of these 19 are privately owned and managed for driven grouse shooting. They fledged just short of 60 chicks. The 2 moors managed by the RSPB and their colossal resources had nests but fledged zero, nil, nada chicks showing once again that they are not competent to manage the countryside. Hopefully, that answers your question.

Transition period ends 31/12/20. If the law is passed prior to then we could be saddled with it. Also, the final agreement could see us shackled to the EU's standards, which is so many things are less than our own anyway.

I know this is a 2-year-old video but so many things here.... First of all, Britain doesn't have millennials. Millennials is the name of an American generation. It has to do with our birth rates. The Lost generation, Greatest generation, Silent generation (a portion of them was sometimes called beatnik generation) baby boomers (boomers), generation X (Gen X), Millennials, generation z (Gen Z or Zoomers).
@TheKennyboyd2 жыл бұрын
I from the U.S. I didn't know Brittan had such crappy gun laws. Sounds like its nearly impossible to have any kind of gun. Why does Brittan treat its citizens like little kids. What's the real point when big brother is always there to ruin the fun. I feel bad for u guys. In America a person can own almost any gun except full auto machine guns all U need to do is pass a background check to make sure your not mentally ill or have any felonies or domestic violence on your record. After that your good. U do have to get a conceal carry permit if u want to carry in public. The gun can't be carried openly it has to be concealed.

Up to now, many people don’t know how to do good cycling on utilizing & reproducing animals & plants. Many people’s thinking are don’t touch them. Right now, there’s equal rights unit & some people promote animals & plants’ right equal to human right, killing animals or plants equal to kill people. So I don’t know what I can eat. Do you know, there’s a strange situation in Taiwan, if anyone take a gun to kill those many wild animals as videos shows, this guy will be put in jail for many years or endless or shot to death by government, also fined huge amounts, get bankrupted or all properties will be confiscated. Even kill a family bred chicken aside street, got put in jail for half year. Since half century ago, Taiwan’s government ordered people be quiet, rule people easier, confiscated people’s civil guns & prohibited hunting; using strict laws to control people, preach people gun is dangerous, terrible, sin; hunting is cruel. Taiwan’s guns, cartridges & knives restrictions may be the strictest in the world; but government is making a lot of rifles to force people to be soldiers, 20 millions people to fight 1.4 billions people; somebody got mad. Unfortunately, recently there was a guy who like animals very well, but he rapped a Malaysian girl student then used a rope to kill her, he is hypocrite. Also there were many people got mental illness, they used kitchen knives, scissors did random killing in streets or MRT or train. The people in Taiwan’s island are getting strange, they usually do eating, drinking daily, no field sports as video shows, they are getting fatter & fatter, weaker & weaker; also people get mental illness more & more, they may use any article to hurt others, different from the past; so if you heard someone said the most beautiful scene in Taiwan is people, don’t trust it at all, be carefully. BBC reported: pig guts fly as Taiwan lawmakers brawl over US pork imports. Those lawmakers & officials settled strict laws to prohibit people owning guns, shooting & hunting, they always blamed those behaviors are cruel, not civilizations; but they threw pig guts when they were quarreling. They settled laws to force people to be soldiers, don’t take guns to kill animals, but kill enemies. The most of Taiwan’s people feel they are shameful! ugly! dirty! messy! also this is the biggest source of mess in Taiwan. Have you seen such a situation before? Dear Charlie, please keep your good job, you are highly appreciated; you are welcome to film this beautiful, strange & crazy Taiwan’s island.
