Does sync 3 have settings to turn off traction control? My fiesta doesn’t have the button it’s locked behind sync 2 system

Nice job, I'm working on doing this to my 2015 FiST. 4D tech is 1500 for non nav, and 1800 for nav, it's a nice kit, but I think that those prices are ludicrous. Not gonna do the backup camera though, Cheers brother!

I found one on Craigslist. Super cheat compared to that one. I installed it, took like 30 mins.

@@juanlaredo9582 I ordered the part from a junk yard....they sent me the wrong piece, they sent me the volume control part under the screen. Working on getting the screen now, very annoying. Glad it worked out for you.

Do you actually have a backup camera? The Fiesta doesn't come with one stock so Ford Sync 3 "Fiesta" shouldn't have the option. Wish it did though, I have a 2017 FiST ST2 and even though it isn't necessary (small vehicle) it still would be nice.

How does that work with the second phone. Does the phone that is plugged in 24/7 supply the interface for Android Auto to run and then your phone that you carry every day supply the information through bluetooth? Which one supplies the the location services for maps?

Real newbie here. How did you update it to sync 3..? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Sync 3 are you running? I manually updated my 2016 from 1.0 to 2.2 but it's buggy at times.

Was it literally plug and play with the radio from the wrecked car or did you need to do some programming with forscan?

Im sorta confused. I have a 2016 fiesta st and sync 3 with nav but yours has way more options than mine. What am I missing

Howd you get the st logo to be on the screen when the system is off? Mine is just a ford logo, would love to do that to my ST.

I do not have a Fiesta ST but I installed an Android tablet in my car as a cheap way to get Android Auto in my car. I also have an OBD Bluetooth adapter to run torque but I had no idea you could actually run torque through a legit Android Auto unit. Is this only capable with a sync unit or can you run torque through an aftermarket head unit that supports Android Auto. I’m asking this because my DIY tablet setup failed long term and will replace it with a real touchscreen head unit, but I was afraid of losing torque until seeing this video.
@tbboy77776 жыл бұрын
postbreak I have that app on there right now I think it’s called Automate. The tablet has been having battery issues with the cold weather so I’m ditching it for a real head unit but I’m glad to know there is a way to run torque on an AA head unit.
