Will this work if a player has moved on from his original league? For example, if I wanted to find Busquets regen (but he's now at man utd in my save) would I search for a 16-19 year old Spanish CDM in the EPL? I would assume it would, just thought I'd ask.

Yeah, unfortunately. You might be able to improve the regen's potential via player training.

They literally just recycle the player and make their age 18

It is actually 16-21 the age gap flick. I've found so many regens that have been regenerated at 21 like pepe, ronaldo marcelo etc.

Thanks for the heads up! I did tests with various players and the highest age that I saw was 18.

It normally happens more than a couple of seasons ahead. But sometimes it can happen early as well
