That´s right, he was just gabbling about the horsepower and that´s it. And to be honest horsepower is the last thing what I care when I am buying a new car. But I know for fact more horsepower = more expensive insurance. But that is really good looking car.

Hard to get much info into 3 mins, should have been 6-7 minimum it feels like. Definitely disagree about the horsepower, it doesn't need to outrun a McLaren but if a diesel rep-mobile or hot hatch is tailgating you (95% of the time on the motorway) it's nice to be able to explain to them in simple terms that they're only that close until you decide they're not. 6 seconds to 60 was a requirement for my latest car (does 5.2), as that left me plenty of choice to find a comfy, well equipped car without needing a 2nd mortgage.

Bought me a 2018 GT like you see here, just in black with red leather. Superb car. The drive comfort is sublime. The assistance systems work as you want them too. And the 225HP engine has plenty of poke. It's so good, two of my Audi driving colleagues at work are currently looking to trade in for one. Honestly... they are.

Sadly... the last Peugeot that I saw over here in Canada (that wasn’t a bicycle) was a 1980 505! Man ... I love both Citroen an Peugeot’s unique style language. I wish either/both would be brought back (to Canada). Instead we’re getting more and more Kia and Toyota dealerships, by the day. Thanks. I love the car and appreciate the video.

Nice car, shame about the UK Government putting a stop to Diesels. Peugeot have made arguably the best diesel engines in the world. They have also collaborated with other manufacturers to help them with Diesel technology. Interestingly, PSA have recently acquired Vauxhall. No doubt their future models will be Hybrids and EVs. 😞

It's funny how much hate these french cars are getting these days… even considering that Audi, Mercedes, BMW and VW are amongst the most unreliable brands you can buy talking from mechanial experience My friends 206 s16 was 14 years old before what…. it needed an exhaust, sparkplugs, fuelfilter and oil… French cars rust very little compared to other brands And hey…. They are way cheaper to own Of cause... Renault is still... Renault... But... Benz... are terrible... VW's always comes with faulty electronics… Audi... is just a vw in an expensive suit French brands has a bad rep… But really the germans are the onces that actually keeps on breaking… But yeah… French cars still are build in ways that makes them awful to work on... but they do not break as often as an BMW, Merc or Audi.... The only reason vw brands plus merc and Big Money Waste is still in buisness is due to their marketing departments… plus that people still assume that… if you drive a german luxery sedan you must has your butt stuck with 100 doller bills…

I'm a mechanic and have worked on every Peugeot made since the 205, and sadly all modern Peugeot engines are incredibly stressful to work on and are seemingly getting worse with there emission controlling faults, who knows, this might be different! But looking at it as a new car it looks really rather nice to be fair

have had a 205gti, 106gti, 306hdi, 206 1.4 manual & a saxo, all have been easy to work on and reliable. That said the 07, series and early 08 cars weren't the best but I believe the brand is back on form in terms of tech and reliability, these are nearly all legacy engines now and the bugs are gone, mad focus and money has gone into style, ride and quality, I reckon it's time they got the benefit of the doubt.
