I'm from where you have one guy with a pro mod made from a Buick Roadmaster... Builds his own engines. He swaps his tires out changes his fuel source and goes into "track mode" runs low fives changes it back and drives it home. Does that not count?

Tom is well into the 5's and actually pulls a trailer 1000 miles too. He is making nearly 5000 horsepower on Steve Morris' Dyno. Steve runs 6's in a full body street legal station wagon too...just sayin. You can't compare Tom to anyone else because Tom is the man The Dodge Demon C170 runs 8's from the factory. The red car here is pretty to look at but he'd be destroyed if he raced in America. Y'all build cute cars over there. We build the unthinkable in America.

As a rule of measure it's safe to say that our full bodied NASCAR teams are all proven to be faster and actually look like a real car...of course we have Top fuel that go from Zero to nearly 340 mph in 3.6 seconds and are producing a mere 12,000 horsepower and look like a faster version of your F1 cars. Other than tea, fish, fries and disgusting teeth...what do y'all do better than anyone else?

That's just stupid. You're comparing a slow red car from the UK to a car that took teams of mechanics, engineers and tons of funding (as well as many other issues) just to do what an SCC, Bugatti or Hennessy can nearly do without the support groups continuously pouring over it. Tom Bailey, Steve Morris, Cleatus McFarland....there are many cars and drivers in America that would make this red car seem slow.

I say again if this is a 'street legal' car then let them play on drag week. The first part of tech inspection is INSURANCE, the second? It wasn't street legal when doing the runs either.. had slick drag tyres on it. The are most probably swapped when the thing goes out on the road once a year to get an M.O.T. Not sure how well it would fare on noise either, but there are no strict rules on that and probably ok driving on road in a light throttle or low boost set up.
