Fir ghabra kyu rahe hai achha Khan pan rakhiye thoda oily chije Kum kariye , salad include kariye diet me, thoda walk kariye , meditation 15 min atleast kariye, aur multivitamin lijiye weakness k lie , doctor se sahi Salah leke agar jarurat hai to Bp ki dawa shuru kijiye. Dawa na khake ap apne body ko hi taklif pahuchayenge. Normal salt bhi kha sakte hai lekin bahot tej namak wali chije na khaiye.. baki apki ichha shakti majboot hai to ap is chij se bhi bahar ajayenge. madam maine 20 saal ke baad ek hi din mein tobacco chewing chhod diya hai. 25 din ho gaye aur mere hath pair mein khalipan mehsoos ho rha hai. baki mera dhyan bhi kahin par nahi lag rha aur achanak se mujhe hasi (laugh) bhi aa jati hai. din bhar madhoshi raheti hai. main 1.5 - 2 packet tambakoo ke kha jata tha. main 35yrs ka hun.

Sabse pehle to apko bahot bahot badhai.. yah nirnay lene ke lie. Bahot hi mushkil decision hai aur shuruwat me kathinai hogi lekin apne rukna nai hai .. apme kuch vitamin deficiency ho gai hai to ap shuruwat me multivitamins le sakte hai lekin najdiki doctor se jaroor mile aur Salah le. Ho sake to counseling bhi kar sakte hai apko bahot madad milegi symptoms se fight karne me. 👏👍
