I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got addicted to cigarettes. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

One of the many things I've learned from many attempts at quitting smoking is the that the cravings are part of the process. I need to LEAN INTO THEM and accept them for what they are. They cannot be avoided, but they can managed. The more cravings I manage and get through, the less powerful they become. This video is great!

Caffeine & nicotine can jack you up a little before a work out and give you slightly better results for that particular work out, but are counter productive long term. I found out I had cancer in 2004 (had surgery & chemo), but my oncologist said he will only treat me if I quit smoking immediately. I quit smoking (technically), but I got addicted to nicotine lozenges. I've been spending $200 a month on lozenges every month for 20 years. I was completely overwhelmed by quitting smoking plus the cancer treatment and it is only now that I've become dedicated to stop all nicotine. I was finally able to taper down to 12 of the Habitrol 1mg a day and I made a daily schedule for 30 days to finally get down to 0. As of today, I'm on only 6 of the Habitrol 1mg a day but I can really feel the withdrawal. I have the flu type symptoms, brain fog, and feel up and down emotionally. But by 5/11, I will be free of it. This video was really encouraging and it helps to try and have that mindset that the withdrawals are actually a positive thing because your body is cleaning house. Good luck to everyone on their quitting! Don't be like me and waste thousands of dollars for years on lozenges lol. :)

Hi dear friends. I am in the process of doing cold turkey. So, it's been 7 days yesterday, and, boy, it hit me only last evening, such a bad crush, bad depression, desire to lit up that cigar, I'm a daily cigar smoker. Now, I'm holding on, but the reason I'm writing is because it is different also for some people. I thought look how good I'm doing, 3d, 4th, 5th day, great, how cool and easy it is, but I was deceived into thinking it's all done, no. Like I'm saying, the withdrawal started on the beginning of the eighth day. Thank you for your videos, it really keeps me going. Good luck to you all!!!

Very inspiring thank you. I am pretty scared of stopping, I will however try to focus on the great results I can expect in my improved health, and simply not smelling like an ashtray.

I also just think that I’m going to lose all of this progress to feel a buzz for 10 seconds and then feel terrible about myself. I remind myself that it actually makes me feel sick not good. Light headed, stomach pains, pounding headaches. No thanks

Great video!!! I have nearly hit 90 days of being vape free and it is true, my cravings have almost disappeared. Wish I would have found this channel earlier as I am sure this video would have made the process easier. Thank you!

I quit nicotine just over 3 weeks ago and it was actually quite easy after all. I just took the withdrawals as they come no matter how bad I felt I just decided to not take any substitute to help. It was hell at the begining I can't deny, but in 3-7 days nicotine disappear from your system - when you keep that in your mind you will success 👍

Think ive finally had enough of vaping. I started back in 2019 because of a relationship breakdown and my body got used to the relief it brought me. I now have a great job, attend college at the same time, have a happy healthy relationship and I go to the gym 6 times a week. The vaping is still something I can’t seem to get rid of even though I’ve had ridiculous anxiety, nearly sabotaged my relationship trying to stop, am on anti depressants, have intense brain fog and can feel the effects on my lung capacity, I’ve even previously run into financial difficulty because of being dependent on the 5 pounds a day disposables which I could be using to go out and enjoy myself. It’s felt like a prison for so long and I’m finally done. 25 March 2024 is my quit date. I refuse to let it consume me any more
