How To Throw A Proper Rear And Lead Uppercut | Slow Mo Boxing Tutorial

To get technical, the uppercut is a short range power punch that travels in a vertical line towards your target. Mike Tyson has been known to force his opponents into a bent over position to deliver a final blow with his infamous uppercut. This bent over position is when the vertical scooping motion gives you the most bang for your buck, but there is also a technique for using an uppercut on an upright object, like a heavy bag.

Why is there no turorial on how to throw the lead uppercut without the initial shift to the side… it can be thrown instantly from a neutral stance while simultaneously rotating the hips and slightly leaning your upper body to the left. Hardest part is explaining it to someone new. :D
