12 Round Workout
Round 1: Jump rope
Round 2: warm up
Round 3: shadow box basic combos
Round 4: shadow box, rolling out to the right
off the cross
Round 5: shadow box, rolling to the right off the hook
Round 6: 30 sec shadow box, 30 sec exercise burpees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks
Round 7: 30 sec exercise, 30 sec punch out
Round 8: plyometric burner squat jump 30 seconds, decline push-up, paratroopers( or lunges)
Round 9: band routine 1
Squat press, bent over row, front raise
20 sec each exercise, 3 times through
Round 10: band routine 2
Deadlift, incline push-up, squat hold
20 sec each exercise, 3 times through
Round 11: 30 sec elbow to the knee, switch sides, 30sec bicycle. Repeat 2 times
Round 12: leg raise, crunches, flutter kicks. 20 seconds each one, 3 times through
