These footwork drills are very similar to the forward and reverse triangles I learned practicing Filipino Pekiti Tirsia Kali Knife fighting. Nice to see such a gifted athlete dedicated to perfecting his art

It's important to know Loma's father made him do ballet dancing starting at like age 4 , it's not just boxing footwork that creates Loma's style. Pac man is the only other I've seen that's similar.

Why is every football fan suddenly watching a boxer do footwork drills, nigga he's a boxer of course he is not as good at it as a football player. He is training for something different and that is agility, not just speed, but overall agility (being light on your feet). Most boxers only train their footwork through roadwork and such, you gotta respect the man for trying to improve in his damn sport

It's training precision dum dum, he doesn't need his feet to move way faster than anyone elses, he needs them to move in the exact right spot to set him up for a strong counter or opening. Boxing ladder work is used way differently than football and basketball dood

Any good tips ... I broke my tiba in the leg abou 7 months ago I've been bk training about 2months but leg that was broke the foot work feels like I just learning how to walk etc any good tips on how to get it footwork bk to usual time frame I have till end of January...
