That bag work is a true work of art to anyone who has ever trained in boxing and knows what their doing. You see so many amateurs in the gym just throwing heavy punches with no footwork or distance and tiring themselves out after a minute. Loma throws perfect punches, not to much power but still heavy, no wind ups, perfect technique. When he throws body shots you can see him visualizing the liver by the way he digs with a perfect hook angle to the bag. Constant footwork and leans on the bag practicing fighting in the pocket. A true work of art to any boxing connoisseur.

I guess some people think boxing is all about hands since you only punch. I would argue boxing is more about your lower body; your footwork, balance, and base gives you your position to attack/defend. Always being in a position to attack or defend gives you the advantage over your opponent. Your punches also come from your legs, as well as your slips and weaves. It's not even a stretch to say boxing is ALL about legs. My legs were more sore from boxing than from kickboxing.

Rigo being two divisions lower and older are facts though. Loma's victories over Russell and Walters were legit, and I consider Loma the best fighter pound-for-pound. Rigo being smaller may just be a handicap for him though, it's just how it is. I still think this fight is close, it's a great fight to end the year, and I can't wait. The winner will deserve full credit.
