Big theme here, anyone serious about learning boxing, watch how Vasily makes music with his workouts. Literally! Watch the skipping part at 25:00 . It almost resembled traditional Russian dance music. He essentially follows a rhythm he sets in his head and responds with the body. A lot of boxing, and many sports including Football and F1 racing, is about rhythm and not thinking too much about the specifics. Following a rhythm you set yourself allows you to be regimented against that rhythm. It's so important to follow a rhythm as it keeps you set in a frame of mind whilst you're entranced in that rhythm. The greatest of all time, Muhammad Ali also had this ability. You can channel all kinds of energy into a rhythm, just like making music. Btw, I'm a musician, song writer, and a student of boxing. I'm also a programmer with a very logical mindset. This all makes sense to me 😂

Makes perfect sense, rhythm is everything in boxing oma and prime Pacquiao had crazy rhythm

I like your analysis. I am now 56 and I have boxed all of my like, since the age of 14. I fought competitively as an amateur 147/16. I'm still in the gym 4-5 days a week, and I agree, rhythm in the punches and movement has always been important to me. Even when I demonstrate combinations to guys who are learning, I show them how the punches need to land in rhythm. Not just in a thudding individual landing. But like a drum playing a beat. You can hear that beat in the way punches land.

@@ManvasPachenko forgot I wrote this lol Awesome, yh 100% I guess one other thing I’ll add to this is it’s almost like two fighters are competing on who sets the rhythm, and the goal is to disturb the other guy’s rhythm

I love watching boxers when they're practicing teur punching shots bcos z get to see them throw those punches where they turn it over.. I would love to be tere to ask Loma why that punch 👊 has been such a devastating one over te past few years. GGG used this punch 👊 to perfection as well.. It was like a left hook that he voukd flaten out, turn it over & even almost put spin on it the way he threw it at times. Imagine a 21 year old Loma with these skills as a profeysio fighter today. He woukd be unbeatable imho but then again what would I know, 👉??

Василий «Hi-Tech» Ломаченко, 9 декабря, победив Гильермо "шакала" Ригондо, по праву сильнейшего станет #1 P4P, это лучший поединок в истории, потому что просто невозможно найти лучших боксеров, чем эти двое!
