This is why bruh footwork is sooooo cold and fluid... ask any athlete from basketball, football, to futbol, etc... and they will tell you this is a very essential workout... ladders that is... this dude trains the right way... The balance, twitch muscle development, and precision doing ladders give you is bar none. Starting to like this dude more and more.

Pretty much all athletes do this. In basketball and American football they have similar drills. These drills pretty much work for every sport. Only difference is that Lomachenko practices this to move a certain way and punch from different angles.
