We're finally in the final push for IPF WORLDS. The first few weeks of a block are always my worst. Im trying my best to just push through and make sure everything is done right going into worlds. Bench Worlds isn't my main concern. The next few weeks will be about making sure we are undoubtedly ready to fight for a world championship in Lithuania. 5 weeks out lets get it done.

Sets 5-6 on bench normally. Reps 3-4 RPE based
