I just hit a PR on squats two days ago, an easy 170 x 4. Never squatted 170 before and was so surprised by how easy it was. I'm so motivated right now on squats, watching you squat these weights just gives me motivation to get there some day.

@@gornostaev_andrew Thanks man, I honestly think that I have more than 190 right now. That 170 was at RPE 7.5. Next week we are trying to get 180 x 4 and I'm 100% confident I'll get it the way I felt 170.
