Agreed, I found his channel through his SCP playthrough and he’s just awesome. He’s not toxic but gets upset sometimes because he cares about the game, he’s not just playing it for the clicks like some people do. I appreciate that a lot because it’s hard to find serious gameplay of a lot of games nowadays. Lethal Company has so many memes now but I want actual gameplay because it makes the funny moments funnier to me

A nutcracker strat that might be worth trying which I discovered while testing a bit: If you have a kitchen on the mansion map and crouch relatively close to the kitchen counter / island (the thing that sticks into the room), the nutcracker can see you, but cannot hit you while shooting (as the eyes are placed higher than the gun, so the line from the gun to you is blocked by the counter). Since he can see you, he will simply stand still and continue shooting, and in the meantime a friend can hit him with a shovel or explode a nearby mine. Alternatively, when having two nutcrackers, on the same side, you can easily have them kill each other by moving behind the counter so that one shoots a bit more towards the other, and then later use that shotgun to kill the one still alive. I expect that this might also work with several other objects, but I haven't tested any further. In addition to this, the kitchen counter also blocks turrets from shooting at you (it will lock onto you, but never shoot) making turrets in kitchens a lot easier to deal with, as the cabinet can often make the majority of the room a safe. Unfortunately it isn't possible to hide behind the counter as a very last moment save (between the first turret hit and death), as bullets hitting you stops you from crouching.

I should try playing this game after watching Insym's streams and earning at least some knowledge. I've played it once and... First day: no loot near the enterence and distroyed by a bracken. Second day: stolen soul by another bracken and a thumper, three giants camping the ship and me somehow making it to the ship as soon as it turned 12 am, also reached quota. Third day: got lost on ass.. finally found main enterence found a dead end and died to a spider.

Now I want to see Insym and friends play the cleaning crew mod. The mod is hilarious but you have to add four extra slots and better stamina for it to be optimized.

I think the strat for the spray paint, if you decide to use it, is to leave it outside until you get some loot & find the tunnel system. Then you can grab your way, mark to the tunnel system, and mark the way back as you go deeper. You can also mark either side of the top of the door to indicate if the dot leads to fire or main. Also, I feel like you guys should really be using jet packs to transport loot quicker, especially on like rend or titan. If you use it correctly you can move loot really quickly, and also avoid giants and dogs (or bring them to the back of the ship to open up the doorway)

somebody should really make a silent hill mod for this game. Sorta like the backrooms one where you get teleported to a different world, but instead of it being the backrooms, it's a silent hill version of the map you were on. Sounds so fucked to be forced into a solo run even in multiplayer plus maybe it has different monsters? The big cleaver daddy and the nurses?

I think the displayed weather conditions are sometimes bugged, on the runs where it displayed as Eclipsed but didn’t have any enemies the music wasn’t playing while you were outside. I’ve had similar experiences where the weather is supposedly clear, but when we landed it was Eclipsed, Foggy or Stormy.

I don't know if you've tried already or if you want to but it helps a bit with the Reserved Flashlight Slot mod. Just gives an extra space for loots and easy to toggle 😂

tbh, I don't think this is true but the chances of eclipse maybe related to player going back on the same moon over and over, and to punish players the chances of weather especially eclipse will increase if they keep doing that forcing you to move to a new moon

You guys are way too set on going to dine eclipsed like it's probably the best overall map but no map is really worth going to eclipsed. Especially when you have 2k plus quota and can buy any of the 3 moons 3 times over there's literally no point. You go to eclipsed dine and get 400 when you can just go to rend or titan and get 800 lol. Me and my friends have gotten over 10k loot on the ship with just 4 people never going to eclipsed moons.
