Hello Lesley! I just did this class at 8:30am after my leg workout! This is now one of my favorites! I must do it again! Quads, hams, and glutes feel so good! Also my back! Thank you so much for all you do! I love doing your classes so much! You are so amazing! Have a blessed and wonderful day! :-)

I'm an elliptical user. When I first started doing these classes my hips were so tight. Trying again shows me how far I've come and how much less tension I hold in my body thanks to you!

Now this was fascinating. The first time I attempted this flow it was a complete struggle. My body fought each and every pose. Yet today the flow was absolutely effortless. My body flowed from one pose to the next like a choreographed dance! I can’t think of why this might be, though it certainly was enjoyable🙂

Meant to be! My brother stole a rabbit because the owners were going to cook her! So we kept her until we got a home for her. We've saved so many birds over the years, especially seagulls, which are lovely birds. The last one we took to the beach and he followed us back to the car and hopped back into the cage, wasn't time for him to leave us and one day he flew away from the garden. I noticed that when you are performing the flow of runners hip flexor stretch (6:53) to runners hamstring stretch on the first leg that you inhale on the hipflexor stretch and exhale on the hamstring stretch, but that you reversed the breathing pattern when you did the other leg (9:20). Was that intentional? Does it matter?

Hi Teresa! That’s a great question and I love that you’re paying such close attention to the breath!! It wasn’t intentional. Generally speaking, we inhale while expanding and stretching through the body and exhale while compressing the body or during exertions such as Chaturanga. But just breathing steadily and evenly is most important. For the hamstring to low lunge movements, it doesn’t matter so much when the inhales and exhales happen as long as you’re breathing regularly. ☺️❤️🙏

Very interesting. I found myself really fighting this one today, like my body was unwilling to relax and flow into the postures. To me, that means the practice was meant to be so that can look inward at what I was trying to hold on to.
